Yadu Paper PM4 Pulping Line Successfully Operated

Recently, Yadu Paper successfully started up its PM4T paper machine, marking another major breakthrough in the market for 6600 mm wide paper machines. The full set of pulping equipment used for this start-up was provided by Zhengzhou Leizhan Company, becoming the first complete pulping production line in China to support packaging paper machines over 6600 mm, setting a new record in the domestic pulping equipment industry.

The latest pulping equipment for Yadu Paper’s PM4T paper machine includes an advanced 127 cubic meter D-type pulper continuous disintegration system, which not only has an unattended continuous hydraulic grab system, but also is equipped with high-efficiency and energy-saving pressure screens, excellent performance RF38 double-disc refiners, precision net-front pressure screens, and stable and reliable pulp pool thrusters and other core equipment. The combination of these high-end equipment not only improves production efficiency, but also ensures the stability and excellence of pulp quality, allowing Yadu Paper to occupy a favorable position in the market competition.

It is noteworthy that the successful operation of the PM4 complete pulping line depends on the high-quality pulp provided by Zhengzhou Leizhan Machinery. After testing, the whole process from chain plate machine loading to finished pulp tower only takes 3 hours. This efficient production cycle demonstrates Zhengzhou Leizhan’s high technical strength and strict quality standards in the field of pulping equipment manufacturing. The one-time successful trial run further proves the reliability and advancement of its equipment.
