Paper Shredding Recycling Process Production Equipment
We provide paper machines and pulping equipment for many paper mills, and also formulate production solutions for paper mills, and provide proposals for the construction of supporting facilities.
Paper Shredding Recycling Process
1. After the waste paper is unpacked and the iron wire is removed, it is transported by the plate conveyor to the hydropulper for disintegration. The hydropulper performs beating and deinking on the waste paper, and the pulp after beating and deinking flows into the pulp tank;
2. The pulp is lifted from the stock tank to the high-frequency vibrating screen by the pulp pump, and the high-frequency vibrating screen plays the role of screening and separating impurities; the screened pulp is flowing into the pulp tank;
3. The pulp is lifted from the pulp pool to the rotary screen thickener by the pulp pump. The rotary screen thickener mainly increases the low concentration of the pulp through concentration, and at the same time it can achieve the purpose of washing the pulp; The thickened pulp is flowing into the pulp tank;
4. The pulp is lifted into the rinsing machine by the pump, and the function is to clean the pulp and bleach the pulp; the bleached pulp automatically flows into the pulp tank;
5. The pulp is lifted into the refiner by the pulp pump, and after being ground into a fine pulp by the refiner, it automatically flows into the pulp tank;
6. The pulp is lifted into the sand settling table by the pulp pump, and the sand ash and other impurities are precipitated and separated by the sand settling plate to make pure pulp;
7. The pulp is lifted into the pressure box by the pulp pump, and the function of the pressure box is to adjust the concentration of the pulp;
8. After the pulp is conditioned by the pressure box, the impurities are removed by the sand removal pump for the second time, and then the pulp is sent to the pulp stabilization box for re-pulping to make pure pulp.
