Paper roll rewinder machine is used in the process of paper making line for rewinding the parent reels coming from paper machine. The paper after rewinding will be made into finished paper for selling.
Good parent rolls must be free from winding defects, have straight-edged end faces and display a good winding structure. The winding hardness should be as constant as possible or slightly decreasing from inside to outside.
Working principle of rewinder machine
Remove the paper rolls from the reeling machine and put it on the unreeling stand. The unreeling stand is equipped with alternating current generator.
Optical-electricity encoder control the system constant tension by using tension sensor and it can stop quickly when paper breaks.
The paper web draw forth along the paper guiding roll. By using curved roll, the paper enter the slitter equipment. After tension sense roll, another curved roll, the paper wind on the paper roll holder. The paper roll holder depend on the drive of supporting roll and turn around. Then drive the whole paper web go forward.
