50T/D White Board Paper Production Project Russia

Leizhan paper machinery company, a leading manufacturer and supplier of pulp and paper equipment, has won a contract for Russia customer’s new white board paper production project in February 2014. The new LOCC processing line is designed to produce 50 tons of white board paper per day and will put into trial operation recently until mid-2015.

Leizhan supplied paper and pulp making equipment for the complete white board production line contains: D type hydrapulper, Dump pulp, High density cleaner, Pulp chest, Pump pulp, Mid consistency coarse screen, Fiber separator, Pulp chest agitator, Mid density cleaner, Mid consistency fine screen, reject separator, Double disc refiner, Pulp chest, Inflow pressure screen.

High density cleaner: Mainly applied to remove all kinds of heavy impurities in paper pulp, like staples, stones, glasses, etc.
Mid consistency pressure screen: Mainly used for coarse and fine screening of various waste paper pulp. Advanced screen basket and rotor, high performance.
