25T/D Napkin Paper Pulp Manufacturing Line

Raw material: white shavings

Finished product: napkin paper, toilet paper, tissue paper

25t/d White shavings  processing line:

White shavings is conveyed into the ZDSD23 D type hydrapulper for pulping. Then, the pulp will be conveyed into ZSC3 High density cleaner for removing staples, stones, glasses from the slurry. Moreover, pulp refining machine like ZM450 conical Refiner and ZDP450 double disc refiner will be used for improving the beating degree and pulp quality.

Lastly, the pulp is conveyed into NLS1 pre-machine screen for the last step of pulp processing. After that, the pulp is conveyed into headbox for paper making.

In addition to that, pulp machines like Pulp pump and pulp chest agitator will be used in the processing of pulp processing.
